Newly renovated 2 family home (duplex). This is the lower level of the home. Brand new deck, new floors, and bathroom in 2024 and the kitchen was fully updated in 2023. This 2/1 has everything you need for a lovely VT vacation.

Master bedroom has a queen bed with a large smart TV. 2nd bedroom has 2 full beds. Both rooms have plenty of space to comfortably sleep 6.

The unit has 1 full bathroom with a wonderful large shower and updated fixtures and show head.

There's a BBQ grill on the deck for your use (private) and a Solo Stove (shared with upper unit) on the side of the house for your enjoyment.
