"It was a stopover for our real vacation but there was roaches in the room and it was really not that clean half way under the bed the other half you could see the dirt the bathroom door none was falling off my girl got locked in an I had to come on lock it from the outside"

"The breakfast was ok. Nothing spectacular but sufficient. When we arrived nobody was at the desk, so a cleaning person noticed us and grabbed the front desk person from somewhere around the corner. Then she was locked out of the computer. Not the end of the world but juts annoying. No hand soap in the room so we had to ask for that. The pull out couch in at least two of our rooms was not acceptable for the even the kids to sleep on and there were popcorn kernels on it and in the sides. The pool area was ok but small with minimal. Hairs which makes it difficult when there are two sports teams there with parents. Parking was good. Location is close to lots of things. If I had the choice, I would not stay here but this is where the team chose to stay. "
