There was no room to put your suitcases, etc. The bathroom lighting was terrible as most hotels/other are. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was quite good. We enjoyed our stay in Porto. "This was a lovely boutique hotel not far from Bolhao market. The welcome we received was probably the best we've had - with a glass of Port and a Pastel da Nata each! The receptionist and his colleagues couldn't have been more helpful with anything we asked of them. The room was very comfortable & clean, and the breakfasts were fresh, varied and tasty. The only gripe we had was the shower; we were allocated a room for people with restricted mobility as we'd asked for a twin. However, the...

"Accommodation was clean but bathroom tired. Single beds were actually bunkbeds and not suitable for 3 older ladies travelling together. Getting into property not the easiest either, as code not sent. It had a hostel feel about it. Good position."

"Terrible apartment. Terrible service. Check-iin was very difficult and the room was mis-described. We left and did not even stay. Several guests were complaining at the same time. There was no reception, it is being decorated. It is all remote from Spain. I am awaiting a refund. Worst experience ever on Hotels.com"

"Comfy and spacious apartment. Within walking distance of most areas of town (keep in mind that Porto is quite hilly). Loads of little eateries nearby, though the kithen facilities are very acceptable should you wish to cook in (there's a supermarket nearby). Especially helpful staff, though they're only physically onsite from about 3-8pm (on-call the rest of the time)."
