Excellent Spot place and service.

HOTEL POSITION VERY CONVINIENT AND CENTRAL TO PORTO CITY. Very good Breakfast multi choice. Very friendly staff. Rooms could do with a little updating. Bed Very comfortable and clean. Parking a bit tight, but very convenient.

Good place to stay

Nice hotel for short stay. The location is near the metro station. I have a very comfortable room and bathroom on the base floor. Staf is friendly and helpful. Some tips to improve hotel more. breakfast location is to small. Also the buffet is too small. This van be improved. I like to drink thee before sleeping. This was not available in the hotel. Maybe a small water boiler in the rooms is a solution.

Great affordable spot in walking distance to the old town & the soccer stadium. Room was a little cold & the radiator didn’t work (it was April so no biggie), & breakfast gets quickly depleted of the good stuff; show up towards the end & there’s not a lot left, and it’s not readily replenished. Get there early & it’s Portuguese treats galore! Wifi in the room was great, earplugs help to drown out the barking dog next door! Overall no complaints, would stay here again!

While my room looked okay at first sight, it was very cold during the night. The heating didn't work. The rest of the building and especially the breakfast hall was freezing too. One of the receptionists wore a winter jacket indoors all the time! Furthermore the shower in my room did not always provide hot water. My complaint about this was not propely addressed. Hygiene should have been better; I had a very gross toilet brush in my bathroom, and found hairs and dirt from previous guests in the shower. Room keys have to be left at reception every time you leave, otherwise you will be told off by the receptionist when you return and your room will not have been cleaned. Positive points: 3 minute walk from metro station Marques or a 20 min walk downhill to the city centre, decent breakfast, good wifi. Overall I wouldn't choose this accommodation again, as there were too many downsides and the price-quality level was not in order.

昼間に受付にいるスタッフは良い方でした。 ホテルにエレベーターがないのですが、2階まで運ぶのを手伝ってくれました。 ただし、トラブルがありました。 チェックアウトの前日に、 『明日は朝の5時30分にチェックアウトをしたいが、問題ないか？』 と確認しましたが、 『24時間受付に人がいるので、心配ない。いつでもチェックアウトできるし、スタッフがドアを開けるから』 と言われていました。 それが、次の日の朝、 受付に誰もいませんでした。 フロントで大きな声で呼んでも応答なく、 2階の部屋まで急いで戻ってフロントへ電話かけても応答なし。 ホテルの入り口ドアは、 内側からも開かないようになっていて閉じ込められた状況で15分以上も最悪な時間を過ごしました。 しばらくすると、ノコノコと黒人の太った女性が笑いながら出てきました。 『あっち（朝食会場）で、YouTubeみてた』と言って出てきました。 とっても酷い対応でした。 危なく、空港のチェックイン時間に遅れるところでした。 あの夜間の受付スタッフが働いている限り、ここのホテルは24時間受付ではありません。 朝早くチェックアウトする方は辞めた方が良いです。

A fuir !

Hotel pas bien placer pour aller au centre etc, chambre pas propre ( poussière à fond, fourmi dans le lit, moissisure dans la salle de bain etc ) très bruyant chien qui aboie tte la nuit. L’hôtel n’a fait aucun geste pour solutionner nos problèmes.
