"We very much enjoyed our stay here. Our bedroom was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The food was excellent and the views over the Rhine were beautiful. The staff were very friendly and I liked the fact that I could practice my German without them immediately going into English! My only small complaint was that I would have liked a bathtub in the bathroom which was spacious enough to have one. Otherwise it was a lovely hotel and we hope to come again sometime."

This hotel has one of the best breakfasts. The hotel was very clean and our room was nice. The restaurants, etc. outside the hotel were okay, and the location is convenient to Bonn and Koblenz (where we went next). "

"Room 406 is way too hot. We had friends who stayed on the same floor as my wife and I and their rooms weren’t even close to the heat that was in our room. I believe the floor heating in the bathroom is broken. It seems it’s stuck on even when off "

"I had what was classed as a basic room however I wish all basic rooms were this comfortable. It was large and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable. The desk was large and equipped with nearby power. The WiFi was excellent in the room and throughout the complex. The bathroom was the highlight. Large Bath, great water pressure and good hot water temperature. Room also had an Nespresso machine and provided two capsules per day. Free bottle water. I really enjoyed my stay here"

"The location was great and the room was spacious! The location was convenient to the train and so many shops and restaurants. I liked that they provided a fan in the room because it did get a little warm and it didn’t seem like the room had AC. I was a bit disappointed because it said it had laundry facilities and laundry service but they didn’t and when we asked, they were helpful in searching for a location for us to do laundry at. "
