From the moment you turn the key in the front door you will know you are on holidays. The welcoming entry leads to the queen size bedrooms, both with tropical garden outlook. Head up the stairs to the open plan living space & covered deck.

The living area is spacious with a huge chef’s kitchen with a wraparound island bench so everyone can gather where the cooking & blending action is.

Rainy weather? No problems! Cozy up inside and enjoy a movie day with the smart tv, PlayStation, Telstra tv box and cinema surround sound system.

There is also a big gas barbecue easily accessed on the covered deck with lounges, benchtops & privacy screens for informal dining & relaxing. For guest’s comfort there is a powder room on this level.

Outdoors on the ground level is a very private courtyard with fire pit & built in seating, tropical water feature & gardens as well as undercover seating. Heated outdoor shower for convenience when returning home from a day of water activities.

Bedroom one has a king size bed, beautifully dressed, and bedroom two has 2 single beds also with stylish new linen. The master bedroom has ensuite (please note, the ensuite is the only full bathroom for guest use).
