The automatic doors to the building weren’t working which was very odd. Staff were fine but not overly accommodating and didn’t seem to care that it was a special occasion. Location is pretty basic and boring but close to Glasgow central. I wouldn’t stay again but it wasn’t offensive. "

Leah in the spa/swimming dept was also brilliant as I lost my pearl earring and thought it was in that area, and she searched the whole place for us and then was so happy to hear that we'd found it in our room before we left. So very kind and genuine. The room was spacious and clean, and had everything we needed. The breakfast the next day was also brilliant."
