"Our stay at the Carmel Apartments in Falkirk was a wonderful reminder that you should never judge a book by its cover—or in this case, an apartment! From the outside it looked fairly ordinary, but stepping inside was a completely different story. The apartment was modern, spacious, and exceptionally well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. One feature that made my day was the washer-dryer combo, iron and ironing board which is always a welcome luxury when you're several weeks into a road trip! We had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The apartment is conveniently located nearby the massive retail park within walking distance with many restaurants and shops on offer. The check in process was simple and straight forward with clear instructions from the host. On street parking nearby was easy to find. Overall, we felt this stay offered excellent value for money with all the modern amenities that you need for a short or longer stay."

"Check in was great. The hotel is beautiful and great location. But our toilet didn’t work and when I called I was told that the maintenance guy was on holiday. With no resolution offered until I insisted that we really needed a working toilet. Then we were moved to another room and the rest of the stay was great. It was just a bit off putting that it sounded like we were expected to be fine with a non working bathroom"

"Premier Lodge in Grangemouth is always my first choice when I am staying in the area. The location is ideal, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and it offers really good value for money. What makes it stand out, though, is the staff. They are always very professional, welcoming and helpful, and nothing ever feels like too much trouble. I have stayed here a number of times and the service has been consistently excellent. The team make a real difference and help create a friendly, well-run place to stay. I would happily recommend Premier Lodge Grangemouth and will continue to use it whenever I am in the area."
