apartment (1 of only 2) situated on the north facing waterfront of
Booker Bay. Enjoy the private beach and jetty with spectacular
views of the national park, relax and unwind in the sauna or private
spa or cool down with a dip in the courtyard pool.

Enjoy this exclusive holiday home equip with 3 double bedrooms
over 2 floors, ducted air conditioning (downstairs only), 3 living
areas, breakfast bar, dining for 8 and amazing sunsets on the
alfresco deck (downstairs only).
The 4th bedroom is a separate studio with king bed, bathroom,
kitchenette, accommodating 2 additional guests. If you would like

* This property is very private but is attached to one other
apartment. There are no shared spaces besides the jetty which is
sometimes used by the attached neighbours.
* Please note there is an internal lift but it is non operational.

Portacoat and high chair are available to hire - subject to
availability.

* this property is not new and as a result of being super
close to the ocean has a few signs of wear and tear including spots
of surface rust and heavy doors.
* there are sometimes spiders and insects around.
