"Great place to stay. Very clean and quiet. Cabin is small and perfect for two people. We stayed in the Nut House. The bathroom is very clean but very small. If you are much over 6 foot or 200lbs the shower is going to be a tight fit. Not an issue but something to consider. Overall it was a great cabin to stay in. "

"The property was great. The kids stayed in the loft and the adults all had their own room in the main living space. The kitchen and house were well equipped. "With virtually nothing available in Wilkesboro for Floydfest we found this very nice cabin in Todd. 45 min to Wilkesboro but an easy ride and not a dealbreaker. Cabin was very nice, quiet with a nice view of the New River right across the street. Wish I had brought my fly rod!"

"This cabin shows all the signs of being well loved. Everything guests could need has been anticipated, from a tea kettle to toilet paper. Comfortable, cozy, and spotlessly clean describes the place. Our dog even loved the lion statues out front. Last winter was especially hard on our family. We had to cancel once due to health problems, and the owner graciously helped us rearrange our plans. The opportunity to enjoy some quiet time in a charming cabin was just what we needed."

"This was a wonderful place to stay during our vacation. The cabin was very comfortable and we especially enjoyed the outdoor spaces around the cabin. The kitchen was well stocked so cooking was easy. Great, location, too! The cabin is in a quiet, rural setting and it was an easy drive to nearby attractions, as well. "It is a little difficult for me to rate this property. I wanted to give it 4.5 stars, but unfortunately, it isn't possible here, so I am going with four, and here is why. All the wonderful things are listed and accurate: floors - impeccably clean, toys - to keep the kids happy even in rainy weather; I'd add supplies to prevent you from rushing to the store for trash bags, dishwasher pods, etc; a little welcome note for a personal touch. Now, why not 5? Some things need some work: the grill needs...
