This was my third stay at this hotel. It is very convenient to Appalachian State University and my son's dorm. The breakfast is good. During the first two stays my room was on the back side and quiet. This time it was on the front and traffic woke me many times. Only 17 rooms were occupied, so I don't know why they placed me there. I will always ask for a room in back during future stays.

Everything was lovely. Not sure it would be cost effective for the hotel but a non-dairy milk alternative (soy, oat, almond) would accommodate those who are lactose intolerant.

Room is huge. Clean, comfortable, well stocked with every basic thing you need. They have a heated indoor pool, workout room, and a nice lobby. Breakfast is also great for a budget hotel. I would stay there again.

Too much snow around side door asked for a handicap with a showers d did not get one- when got seen had a bath went and asked to change but wasn’t any- booked through Expedia and not them so I can change parents 92-93 so could not shower
