"Not a great experience.Very noisy room. Windows need updating as cold draft and traffic noise comes straight in.Doors are unable to be closed quietly so woken up everytime someone closed them.Mattress was very uncomfortable. Fried breakfast was tasteless and bland. Will not stay again. Premier inn is much better for the same price. "

"Room space is small and basic. But we were there to catch our first Liverpool match and we want to be part of the match day experience as much as we could. Definitely surreal staying a stone throw away to Anfield Stadium, pre match day and match day experience was fantastic, we could comfortably walk out, grab some food, soak up the atmosphere and welcome the players’ coach in front of the property along the road. "Unique property in a central location where most of Liverpool City Centre can be accessed by walking-Caveen Club, Albert Dock etc. Plenty of space in duplex. On street parking available, but just round corner 24 hour parking for £6.95 via NCP."

"Helpful staff at check in but the sky bar staff were quite rude. Took over 35 mins to receive 4 drinks! A great setting though to see Liverpool from. Hotel room needed a little tlc but was super clean which is the main thing. Didn’t like being woken up by housekeeping at 8.30am when check out wasn’t until 12! Overall a lovely hotel in a great location"
