For the price we paid, very nice. We had room with private bathroom. Room is very small, bathroom as well. But, that’s the concept of this hotel, and that’s why the prices are less. It was clean, and the staff was very nice. 5 stars!

With a bit more on offer, it could be uplifted a lot.....more on offer at breakfast & more room for everyone. Unless you booked a room with a private bathroom, you'll be using communal loos (no sink inside!!) & wet room showers so bring a towel (they'll remind you by email) & something to not walk barefoot! Very happy with the staff!! Beds/room was comfortable and spacious enough but no wardrobe space, pillows were too soft/unsupportive & the AC needs to be stronger. The area around the hotel is light industrial and a bit run down so it can get noisy from 8am on a working day. PLUS it's a long walk or a bus ride to any significant transport hub - a City Card helps overcome this.

I paid the full hotel fee via Expedia using PayPal. However, when I arrived at the hotel, the staff claimed that the payment was declined—even though I showed them both the receipt and the bank transaction. Despite this, they charged me again. When I asked to speak with the manager and requested their names, they called the police instead. I ended up paying twice for a trrible room. I would never recommend this place—this is fraud. Room and toilets and bathroom were very very dirty.

Foi uma estadia bem modesta apesar de saber que o valor da diária já vislumbrava um hotel simples, na reserva não fica claro que não tem banheiro privativo, pior que também não tinha toalhas nos quartos e tivemos que pedir , no quarto tem uma pia mas não tem sabonete e nem toalha de rosto, ou seja , não podemos chamar de hotel

Réveil brutal !!!!

Que les clients soient bruyants la nuit, l’hôtel n’y peut pas grand chose sauf peut être calmer les abus ( musique à fond et cris dans couloirs à 3h du matin) Par contre la femme de ménage qui frappe bruyamment à 9h alors que les chambres sont libérables à midi, c’est très décevant; surtout si les portes sont mal insonorisées et qu’elle fait toute la rangée de chambres du couloir de la même façon!

Impossible de dormir la nuit à cause du bruit. Toilettes et salle de bain avec peu de propriétés. Literie dans un état tres sale et des taches sur le lit. Je n'y retournerais plus jamais.

Hôtel correct, organisation petitdéjeuner médiocre

L'hébergement avec une chambre Cabrio est correct. L'hôtel est bien situé pour se rendre à la salle de concert. Par contre, l'espace petit déjeuner (lors d'un lendemain de concert) est très insuffisant pour la capacité de l'hôtel : peu de places, peu de vaisselle, personnel (une seule personne !)dépassé par la quantité de personnes à gérer au même moment, machine à café défectueuse, obligation de se dépêcher pour déjeuner en raison du manque de places, réapprovisionnement compliqué car la personne de service doit tout gérer en même temps : vaisselle, réapprovisionnement, réparation de la machine, entrées et sorties de l'hôtel... C'est fort dommage...

A notre arrivée, problème de radiateur dans la chambre. On nous en a donné une autre. Lumière du lavabo, problème de fonctionnement. Problème avec une des douches, le robinet ne fonctionnait pas. Petit déjeuner sans cuillère, mais on a réussi à s'en faire prêter. Personnel agréable

Mauvais séjour. Personnels désagreable, propreté 0, des tache sur les draps, des cheveux partout. Douche collective donc pas d’eau chaude, et ne parlons pas des chambres, javais demander 2 lits simples au final avec mon ami on c’est retrouver dans un lit 2 places. Les murs sont fin donc on entend tout le personnel rigole, cri dans les couloirs à 3h du matin. Je suis déçu je ne vous conseils pas
