The room was big, very clean, the bed was really comfy and the stuff (we engaged with Claire at the reception, she was extremely helpful and polite) was great. We enjoyed our stay, and if we come to the area again, we will stay here without hesitation.

Rooms a little tired, toilet in room has a weird smell but the beds are king size and very comfortable perfect for sleeping after long journeys. Quiet and perfect as an overnight

Great Airport stop over

Stays here with our 2 kids after flying into Bordeaux late. Adjoining rooms were fantastic, staff were super friendly and the breakfast was great also. I was able to walk to airport to collect rental car next morning. Perfect if needing to be close to the airport.

Good. But Not walkable from the Airport in 15mins

Good hotel. Close to the airport - NOT A WALK. Need to get the tram or a taxi. There are closer hotels. Rooms were fine. Beds comfortable and breakfast was good, plenty of options. The hotel is looking a little tired in decor and room specification.

The staff was wonderful, especially the front desk personnel. Very helpful. The only complaint we had about the entire stay (not related to hotel) was the cost of taxi service from hotel to airport -- 5 minute ride was $25 one-way. In Spain, we paid $10 or less for a 20-min taxi. Not sure why France is so much higher, especially for a short drive. Other than that, this hotel is very comfortable, spacious rooms, and great food!

The staff was really first class and the food was excellent. The hotel is spacious, quiet, and comfortable. A steal at this price, but imagine it will be much more expensive when the transition is complete.

We appreciated having the option of a small kitchen. We also liked how roomy our room was with a nice leather couch and big windows that opened for fresh air. Our room was clean and comfortable and very quiet. Overall we were pleased and would stay here again when arriving or leaving Bordeaux as the airport is only two train stops away.

I was really disappointed with my stay. The carpet in the room was very dirty, and there was an overwhelming chemical smell. It seemed like the leather couch had just been treated with some kind of strong product, and the odor was so intense we couldn’t sleep properly even with wndows open. The staff didn’t even try to address the issue. Also, at check in, they took a copy of my passport without asking my consent. I don’t recommend this hotel at all. Definitely not staying there again.

Very run-down and very dirty!!! Luckily, i brought disinfectant wipes. Caeoet was so gross and mobed a table to get to an oulet and there was a thick layer of dust+holes in walls and doors, stains on same plus on carpet. 9am, housekeeper walks in without knocking!!!! (Just out of shower)

Perfect stay

Everything about our stay was perfect. The service was friendly and courteous . We had adjoining rooms with our 2 teens. When we arrived both rooms were set up as doubles. They quickly rectified this and changed the beds to singles. The rooms were spotless, good kitchen facilities and really comfortable beds. The rooms were also a good size. The only downside was that we didn't stay longer!

We checked in late abd had an early flight so didn’t get to experience many of the amenities. Friendly staff, nice rooms. Reception entrance is Terribly designed- and no signs to help. Just pull right up. Unload and then park.

Arrived Sunday afternoon, restaurant & bar shut, couldn’t even get a bottle of water, tried to use the Spa on Monday morning, but apparently it is closed Monday Tuesday and Wednesday. We also did not use the pool as it was at the front of the hotel at the side of the main entrance and opposite the car park. It is certainly like no Spa hotel, I have stayed in before.

There was no air conditioning. The TV didn’t work and took a bit of time to get it working. The room smelled. There were dents in the furniture and the carpet was worn. Would not recommend staying there.

Very good bed

The bed was very confortable, we slept very well - we had the feeling to sleep in the clouds, the bed was really very confortable. The breakfast was also very tasty and with good quality products and fresh fruits. A swimming pool is there, but not very clean - maybe it was not the best period to stay there? (end of august). The kids enjoyed the swimming pool, that was the principal for us. The room was not cosy, the air conditioner was very old, the room was very old (but spacious) and smelt horrible. The reception in the night wasn't good - the receptionist was not friendly at all. The baby bed was not in the room (we asked for when we did the reservation), but the receptionist gave us the baby bed and we prepared it by ourselfes. In the morning we talked with the receptionists about what happened by our arrival and they were very friendly.Thank you very much. We will not stay there anymore.
