📝 HOUSE RULES
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the flat. We have a zero-tolerance policy on this matter. If our staff discovers any traces or residue (smell, burns, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to demand a deposit of at least £300.
Please respect the peace and quiet of other residents and keep the premises clean as if it were your own home.
