Quiet Countryside Retreat

The charming guest house has been beautifully restored with all the modern conveniences and appliances. The only drawback is the lack of manuals for the appliances, although the owners are very happy to explain. We loved our time here!

Beautiful and relaxing

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful getaway. Our hosts were extremely gracious. The property had everything we could need. It was a gorgeous place to spend time, in the midst of vineyards with a spacious yard. Four days was not enough. We hope to return for a longer stay and would have no hesitations to stay here in the future.

Most beautiful French cottage

Fabulous property that felt like a true escape to the French countryside. The hosts were so kind and the gardens were perfect for an evening outside in the sun with a glass of wine. We brought our little dog too and he adored running around the beautiful gardens. We already cannot wait to return to the property. Thank you so much :)

A little taste of paradise

Gorgeous grounds shared with next door and beautifully maintained parkland with stunning panoramic views. The accommodation is well equipped and tastefully decorated. Log fire and furnishings comfortably meeting expectations for our month long November stay. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and lovely quality towels and bedding too. Useful back corridor and downstairs shower when dogs wet from autumnal walks - of which there are many. Loved the birds in the garden from woodpeckers, treecreeper and owls. Red squirrel also spotted. A fantastic base for exploring this beautiful region and only half an hour from old city of Bordeaux, an hour from the coast. Highly recommended.

Zeer fijn verblijf. Het huis is zeer sfeervol ingericht en bevat alles wat je nodig hebt. De foto’s op de website doen eigenlijk geen eer aan hoe mooi verblijf dit is. De tuin is ook zeer ruim en smaakvol ingericht, waar je gedurende alle momenten van de dag heerlijk kan vertoeven. De omgeving is zeer rustig. Helemaal niks op aan te merken en een van de fijnste verblijven waar wij zijn geweest in Frankrijk.

Jolie maison située proche de libourne, Bordeaux et saint Emilion mais aussi du lac et autres activités champêtres. Propriétaires très avenants et à l’écoute qui se sont montrés très discrets malgré que la maison soit située a côté de la leur dans leur propriété. Maison bien équipée (clim, lave-vaisselle…) et les propriétaires mettent à disposition barbecue et plancha au besoin. Leur jardin est très agréable et très bien entretenu! Belle expérience

Excellent séjour calme luxe et volupté

La maison était au delà de nos espérances et des photos : magnifiquement décorée un mélange de vieilles pierres et de modernisme. 2 belles Chambres avec une literie et un linge de lit dignes d un 5 étoiles, comme le reste des équipements d ailleurs. Cet endroit est chaleureux et très confortable on s’y sent immédiatement bien. Le jardin est aussi très agréable : on peut y manger la terrasse est bien aménagée et les arbres et plantes le rendent magnifique. Nos hôtes nous ont très gentiment accueilli et ont être très réactifs à nos questions et arrangeants sur nos horaires. Nous conseillons à 100% cet endroit et y reviendrons avec plaisir.
