The house was completely renovated in early 2020: it’s perfect for getting away from it all. Set in a beautiful, carefully maintained park and surrounded by vineyards, you’ll enjoy the peace and quiet of the surroundings.
Let’s start with the outdoors… As soon as you arrive, you’ll be charmed by the peace and quiet of the grounds. There’s a beautiful fountain where you can sit and read in the shade of the trees; a charming treehouse where the kids can go on extraordinary adventures; and after all those adventures or a lovely day of walks, you can relax on your furnished patio overlooking the grounds and end your day by cooking up a delicious barbecue!
Now let’s head inside: a beautiful living area welcomes you. A TV lounge area (with a fireplace), a dining area that opens onto the patio, and a charming, fully equipped kitchen. A separate half-bath and a full bathroom with a shower complete the first floor.
Upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms and another full bathroom with a shower and toilet. A cozy mezzanine also provides a relaxing nook.
The first bedroom, featuring a glass roof (with blackout curtains), has a large 160 cm double bed. The second bedroom has two 90 cm single beds.
In the living room, the sofa bed provides an additional sleeping space for two people.
