📶 Practical equipment: fibre optic, washing machine with drying rack, fan for the summer.

Entry is completely autonomous:

- a secure key box will allow you to retrieve the access badge to the residence,

- a smart lock will then give you access to the apartment.

All detailed instructions will be sent to you before your arrival for a simple and flexible check-in, even in the event of late arrival.

Everything is designed to ensure that you are totally independent and at ease during your stay.

The residence is quiet: please respect the tranquility of the neighborhood. Parties and parties are not allowed.

Smoking is allowed only on the loggia. The interior must remain odourless and the loggia clean.

Pets are allowed in the accommodation.

Self-entry is possible from 4 pm and check-out must be before 11 am.

For your comfort, essentials are available on arrival (toilet paper, soap, coffee, etc.).

Finally, the sofa bed is mainly suitable for children or short stays with friends. The apartment remains comfortable for two to three adults, four at most.
