"Appartamento molto grande, pulito e ben mantenuto con parcheggio interno al giardino. Posizione comoda a circa 1,5 km dal mare, ma facilmente raggiungibile anche in bicicletta. Per la spesa c'è un comodo supermercato Conad proprio di fronte all'abitazione e nel giro di alcune centinaia di metri si possono raggiungere a piedi ristoranti e locali. Cordiale e sempre presente Tommaso, il proprietario, che si è mostrato attento ad ogni nostra richiesta."

"I stayed at Serena's place for 3 nights before meeting my boyfriend in Rome. The apartment is beautiful. Rocco met me at the bus stop and showed me around the old town, on the way to the flat, which was really helpful. Serena even checked bus times for me. The toiletries, wine and goodies on arrival was really thoughtful touch. Communication throughout my stay was quick! There was an issue with the toilet and Rocco came to fix it straight away. "The place is great. Lots of space. It has two balconies and one rooftop terrace. They all have incredible views. The rooftop terrace is large with seating and a table large enough for our family to have meals at. We’ve been to Sperlonga three times. This is the first time we stayed here - but we are staying every time we come back from now on. Really tough to beat the views. It’s near the top of the hill - so a very short walk to dining and shopping. The walk down to the beach isn’t bad at all....
