Infine uno splendido parco che circonda la proprietà. La casa è arredata con cura, il che lo rende un posto da vivere e rispettare. Padroni di casa gentilissimi e super disponibili. Torneremo sicuramente , scelta top."

"Great find for a 2 night stay off the beaten path for 4 adults and 5 children ranging from ages 3-12. Clean property. Easy check in/out. Owner/property manager was friendly and welcoming. Reminded us of a rustic villa you might find in Hawaii or parts of Southern California. All the rooms except 1 had AC, which was great. The best part, however, was the proximity to a 6KM beach only 5 minutes away. Cheap public parking (1 Euro per hour) and soft sandy beach with large sections of free access....

Si trova a poca distanza dal mare raggiungibile in bici con ciclabile (tranne ultimo pezzo). Nelle vicinanze anche ottimo ristorante. Per i servizi come supermercato e necessario prendere auto o bici "

"Die Lage ist genial. Eine sehr ruhige Gegend und man ist so schnell bei dem wunderschönen Strand. Der abgegrenzte Garten ist gross und sehr gepflegt. Es hat viele Vögel und Eidechsen. Am See kann man Krebse beobachten. Wir konnten im Oktober immer draussen auf der herrlichen Terrasse essen. Das Fenster zur Küche ist sehr praktisch, da kann man alles direkt zur Terrasse raus reichen. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und immer erreichbar. Wir haben tolle Tipps für die Umgebung...

"We had a group of 11 stay at Villa Mariani. The host Kim was fantastic as was Sylvia and the whole crew. The place is a fantastic sitting up in the hills overlooking the town of San Felice Circeo. The driveway getting up to the place gave us a little pause but once you are up there it’s unreal. I’d definitely get a car and Kim and team were great and had one delivered to us. We did the walk into the village and it’s very doable. There is some elevation so may not be ok for some but our whole...
