Pick up from the airport went smoothly and restaurant food was very good

I recently spent 9 nights at this lovely hotel and was absolutely thrilled with the decision to do so. The room was smaller, which wasn't a huge deal given that it was really just to sleep and shower in with maybe some down time in between. I based my booking on the free airport shuttle. The hotel exceeded my expectations! We arrived by train. The hotel is about a 10 min walk from the train station. There's a short section walking along a busy road (no sidewalk, but a trail), but an easy walk. The hotel room was basic and clean. Comfotable bed, spacious bathroom, some rooms have balconies. Very nice and very convenient for early travel

The room was amazing. Staff were great and helpful. Will come back again next time.

Very convenient if you arrive late or depart early. Easy 3 minute walk to the bus stop (it is free, between Terminal 1 and 2, the bus stop is at Casa Nouve. Nice breakfast.

Great place to stay night before flying

Amazing location, right by where the train station ends and the airport terminal begins. There is also a bus shuttle stop 30 seconds walking distance from hotel entrance. Super convenient! This is all you really need to know. The rooms are fine, and so is the service. An ideal place to stay if you need to get some rest during your travels.

Hotel is clean and staff is helpful. Rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. Also close to the airport.

We absolutely loved our stay at the White Lilac! A beautiful property with wonderful views and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend and would happily return!

Great place on a pond. Good breakfast included. Good Location , easy access to milan and the northern lakes.

The young woman at the reservation desk who greeted us was lovely and helpful. Her suggestions for the day and where to have lunch in Arona were most enjoyable. In the evening, a gentleman at the desk directed us to a restaurant nearer the hotel for dinner, not near the lake. Our fault for not being specific. All in all, a good choice for a close location to the airport.

It was a perfect choice to stay the night before we flew out of Milan. Friendly service, delicious breakfast, great spacious rooms and short walk to train station. Perfect stay and would recommend to anybody!
