"The hotel is conveniently located for visiting Lake Maggiore and Como with a rental car. The train station is a short walk away for a day trip into Milan without the hassle of driving there. There is very limited parking at the hotel itself. There is a parking lot about a five minute walk away. Not an issue for me but it could pose a problem for those with mobility issues. "Everything was absolutely fine, staff working there seems like they don’t enjoy it at all. A little bit of smile would change it a lot. For breakfast you better be there early as they don’t seem to refill what has gone. In general good with little improvement needed "
