"Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Hotel was spotless and had everything you would need. Beautiful walk around lake area. Felt very safe. Lots of near by villages to explore. We took an unexpected trip to Domodossola which was well worth the 45 minute drive to see the foothills of the alps along the drive and the old historic city which had amazing charm."

"I felt at home. Very spacious apartments, clean and modern. I liked the wooden floors and tiled bathroom. Everything you need is there in the apartment, even a small kitchenette. We had a lake view room and views were amazing. Very warm welcome from the reception and smiley faces. Straight into stresa streets so we didn’t have to drive. "Bathroom dingy and needs to be remodeled. The bathroom vanity countertop should be a different material. No hand towel hangers in the bathroom sink area. The kitchen faucet was hard to open and close. I kept hitting the light fixture above dining table, was too low, and not in the center of the table. I asked not to be disturbed the entire time i was there but i had housekeeping service while i was out. 😡 You could only watch few tv channels, the rest of the channels due to maybe loose or...

"The view from the rooftop terrace is wonderful. The apartment itself is great. It met all of our needs. The communication with the owners was easy, and the check-in/check-out process was a breeze. The pictures accurately depict the apartment and the building. I highly recommend this apartment, and I would definitely stay here again."
