"The place was very convenient. My family and I kept the main door open for about 15 minutes to let fresh air into the house, since there are no windows. There is a ventilation system, but the house carries a particular scent, perhaps typical of this type of construction. The location is very safe. "We found La Maison extremely convenient midway between Bari airport and our cruise port in Taranto. It is a family establishment, very clean and safe. "Was unable to partake in breakfast. Most of the staff was very nice and helpful except the man (or shuttle driver) when we arrived that nite. I don’t appreciate being yelled at by staff at a hotel I paid for. Was not very understanding and rude."
