"Could be so much better - this is 3 or 4 start at best - Its missing the finishing touches that enhances guest experience - eg 1 hour for bags to be brought to room, food over priced and average - room aircon is not up to standard, not enough power outlets - in reality only one for guest use in the room, for the money there is better , far better"

"若女将のリンさんは英語が良く出来る。キナバル公園への車の手配、菜食夕食の準備もOK！20年来ゴルフ（ゴルフ場近い、料金安い）を楽しむ為１年に１～２ケ月間スラゴンに滞在される老夫婦がおられ、老後の長期滞在場所には良い。敷地が広く周囲が ジャングルで静か、涼しい。ラナウの町には沢山のカフェ、食堂有り。町中心からタクシーは10リンギット「オスマン博士の家」の方が通じ易い。ラナウ病院も近く病気しても安心出来る。"
