Kyhl’s Beach is situated 17 km from Simrishamn and 6 km from Skillinge. It’s 12 km to Kåseberga and 30 km to Ystad. To Copenhagen it’s 90 minutes drive. The holiday home is 230 m2, built in 2007 and fully equipped for your comfort. Situated only 150 m from the beach in a 1100m2 conservation area. Whilst you can’t see the beach from the house, you’ll enjoy the calm and the rolling sound of the sea. The nearest shops are in the fishing village of Skillinge, 5 km to the grocery shop and the bank, 4 km to the riding school. Three golf clubs and the Ystad tennis stadium with its badminton and volleyball courts are only 25 km away. You’ll be provided with a satellite TV, a stereo with CD player, a washing machine, a tumble drier and water-powered central heating. Light, friendly décor with light coloured furniture in the Scandinavian style. We have been organizing the Kyhl Beach project since 1973, so we know how to please you.

The house is as described. It offers plenty of space for several families. The garden is wonderful for barbecuing, playing games and relaxing. The sauna was full of bugs and spiders, which we couldn't use. The whirlpool was broken, so it only worked with water temperatures over 40 degrees, which was too hot and we didn't use it often. Unfortunately, you couldn't turn it off and the electricity costs were very high. At the end of the week we paid almost 300 euros for electricity. We thought that was a real shame. It is in very good condition and very close to the beautiful sandy beach.

Stayed at Strandpärlan for two weeks with my daughter from Canada and my son from the USA and their families. 6 grandkids aged 8-13 years. The house is a few hundred meters from a beautiful beach with a stretch only accessible for residents in the peaceful neighborhood. Within short drives you have access to all the amenities that Österlen has to offer. 3 minutes away is a bakery and the grocery store in Borrby had everything you need. They beautifully catered a family get together. The kitchen is greatly equipped for a large family that likes to cook at home. The house was superbly equipped to keep the kids occupied both outdoors and indoors. The season did not make it tempting to use the sauna but the hot tub was popular. I had searched long and hard for a good place to introduce my grandkids to Sweden where I grew up and this house and place was perfect for us.

3 härliga dagar med familjen, 2 till 95 år, med vackert sensommarväder. Härligt hus både inne ock ute med aktiviteter för alla åldrar, där fanns allt. Vi återkommer gärna.

Lage und Umgebung einmalig. Nahe Straße stört überhaupt nicht. Abendsonne auf dem Grundstück. Weg zum feinen Sandstrand führt durch schöne Natur, in die die benachbarten Häuser harmonisch eingebettet sind. Am Strand hat man sehr viel Platz, auch im August. Die Ausstattung des Hauses lässt keine Wünsch offen. Ausreichend Geschirr, Gläser, Stühle auch bei Vollbelegung. Viele Spiele für groß und klein. Die Schlafzimmer sind klein aber ferienhausgerecht. Die Sauberkeit bei der Übergabe hätte etwas besser sein können. Das Haus ist aber in vollem Umfang empfehlenswert..

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und gut aufgeteilt. Die Ausstattung ist auch sehr gut und wie beschrieben. Es gibt genug Geschirr, Töpfe, Gewürze etc. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. In zwei Minuten ist man am Strand. Wir hätten uns gefreut einen kleinen Willkommensstapel Holz vorzufinden, dann hätten wir am 23.12 abends nicht die Tankstellen abklappern müssen, da der Baumarkt bis 26.12 geschlossen war und der Willys Supermarkt in Simrishamn kein Holz hatte. Der Grill, der Kamin und die Sauna waren leider nicht sauber. Ansonsten war das Haus sehr schön und wir würden es wieder mieten. Gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge nach Ales Stenar, Stenshuvd, Hallamölla Vattenfall und Kopenhagen. Der Whirpool war Klasse und bereits bei Ankunft aufgeheizt. Die Stromkosten haben wir noch nicht mitgeteilt bekommen. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind nicht inklusive.

Es war alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub. Das Haus liegt ganz nah am Meer und man konnte gute Strandspaziergänge machen. Das Haus selber ist auch sehr gut ausgestattet und gut. Es hätte allerdings sauberer sein können. Wir haben nach der Ankuft erstmal bisschen geputzt.

We were there with our four children's families, together 17 people (0 to 60+). The house worked well for so many people and there were lots of toys outside and inside for the kids. What lowers the rating was that the garbage bins were full when we arrived on Saturday and were not emptied until the following Friday. It was a horrible stench and a lot of flies. Furthermore, there was a charge for electricity, which was not informed at the time of booking. Feels a little greedy. Had blackouts in the kitchen because of an RCD tripped, and the distribution box was in a locked room, we had access to, which led to a lot of trouble and a very late dinner before it could be solved.

Stugan ligger väldigt bra till. Lagom avstånd till strand. Bra umgängesytor för barnen. Det enda som kunde varit bättre är hastigheten på Wi-Fi.

Vi hade en härlig vecka i huset. Vi var 8 vuxna och 4 barn och hade god plats . Det fanns mycket av allt, allt från glas/tallrikar/ köksutrustning till uteleksaker . Fräsch jacuzzi. Helt ok sängar och sovrum. Nära stranden med underbar sand. Tyvärr mkt tång och alger när vi var där, men sånt händer. Rekommenderas starkt .

Mycket bra boende när man är många. Det står 16 bäddar, två av dessa är barnresesängar, kan vara bra att veta. Fanns ingen uppgift om att avgift för el- förbrukning läggs på vid hemgång.

Wir sind mit mehreren Familien als erfahrene Schwedenurlauber in diesen komfortablen, sehr gut ausgestatteten und vor allem großem Immobilie sehr nett empfangen wurden und hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub über die Feiertage. Bei Ankunft war das Hau sogar weihnachlic dekoriert inkl.Weinachtsgestecke und Weinachtsbaum mit Baumschmuck! Lange Osteespaziergänge und Abende am Kamin, Sauna oder Jacuzzi lieferten neben dem hohen Komfort der Betten und dem kleinen Kinderspielplatz am Haus, sowie das Spielzimmer für die Großen den perfekten Urlaub. Bei der Weitläufigkeit des Hauses mit genügend Bädern und separaten Bereichen plus extra Wohnzimmer hatte jeder auch seine Privatsphäre. Am Abend traf man sich häufig an der großen Tafel im Zentarlbereich des Hauses, hier hatten bis zu 14 Mann gut Platz.Hier hört man das Meeresrauschenund kann im größeren Familienkreis einen absolut erholsamen Urlaub genießen.

Vi har besøkt dette feriehuset på Kyhl i flere år og trives veldig bra! Huset har alt og beliggenheten er topp. Her har man ikke spart på noe og alt er tilrettelagt for en ferie med lite stress. To oppvaskmaskiner og to nespressomaskiner sørger for god flyt i matserveringen :-) Vi liker spesielt godt at huset har to separate deler, noe som gjør at to familier kan dele oppholdet og at man fortsatt har litt privatliv. Fellesstuen er det naturlige midtpunktet hvor alle oppholder seg. Vi kommer tilbake!
