Unique cottage in the beach forest, 300 m from the lively sandy beach of Borrby. The house is not large, but here you will find everything you need for a nice vacation in Skåne. It is well divided, with combined living room with small kitchen and a sleeping loft with a ladder that can be lowered. The roof is open to below the ridge, so the living room seems larger. In the basement is a shower and another fireplace. From your house in Borrbystrand you can easily make the 300 m to the sandy beach with a picnic basket under your arm to relax completely or refresh yourself in the sea. Walk to Sandhammaren, along one of Österlen's most beautiful beaches with white, fine sand. As an alternative to swimming in the sea, you can find a swimming pool 1000 m from the house. Beyond sun and sea, much more awaits you in Skåne. There are galleries, stores, farm stores and restaurants spread throughout Österlen, and the cozy towns of Ystad and Simrishamn are also only fifteen minutes away by car. From Simrishamn ferries leave for the Danish island of Bornholm. In half an hour you can reach several golf courses.
