"Great place for a long or short stay. Well equipped and pleasant. Close to the bus stop and the S-bahn. There is no ticket kiosk at the S-bahn, but you can buy tickets and passes online. Check-in was a wee bit tricky as we needed to phone the proprietor for her to meet us at the apartment, and it will help significantly if you speak German."

"The apartment is in a great location - 5 minutes from a tram stop which is 10 minutes from the main railway station which made our time in Leipzig much easier as we travelled by train. Being a ground floor apartment was a plus for us because we were travelling for several weeks, as was the washing machine. Two nearby Turkish restaurants and an Aldi about a 10 minute walk away were bonuses. Our host was very obliging and patient in responding to our queries. The apartment is lovely. It has a large living area and good-sized rooms and is well heated and there is a lovely garden to look at through the back window.There is more to Leipzig than music. It has a rich history dating back centuries and, more recently, played an important role in the bringing down of the Berlin Wall. We are very glad that we decided to include Leipzig in our travel plans."

"The staff struggled with English, but we managed. Everyone was friendly and patient. Otherwise, very good value, nice facilities and an authentic German hotel. Also, very close to several attractions and public transport connections. "
