The pool was wonderful on a hot day. Plenty of beds in the morning and a great escape to the air conditioning in the afternoon. Nicest bunch of people made this a great stay. "This is our go-to hotel for Cheltenham/Gloucester. Easy to get to, friendly staff, a pool and gym. The food on site is delicious. There are lots of options available, bar, restaurant, room service. Nice seating areas outside and lots of places to sit inside if you want to read or play board games. We use it as a home from home when we are visiting family in the area. Highly recommended."

"I booked a room as I was attending a dinner dance evening in the ballroom. Everything from the evening meal through to the breakfast was superb. The food was delicious and piping hot, the cocktails were delightful and breakfast was excellent. The staff were all so friendly, extremely polite and welcoming. It was a pleasure staying there. "

"Great location near the Cathedral and plenty of restaurants, bars and cafes nearby. Reasonably straightforward to check in, although the lighting at the entrance and in the stairwell could be improved - I needed to use my phone torch. The room was great and had a lot of character with a modern bathroom. One minor suggestion - they should change their brand of shampoo. My hair has never felt so gross and greasy after washing and drying! But it was a convenient and comfortable stay. "
