Bright apartment with a balcony that can accommodate up to 5 people, located on the 2nd floor of a building (NO elevator) and with parking included. The property is located on a street lined with shops and is close to the Circumvesuviana railway line, which connects Pompeii, Herculaneum, Naples, and Sorrento. For archaeology enthusiasts, there are archaeological sites nearby (it’s often possible to visit the Boscoreale, Oplonti/Torre Annunziata, and Pompeii sites with a single ticket).



For larger groups, you can book the adjacent apartment, Boscoreale Vanilla Flat x4 Free Parking, which sleeps a total of 9 guests.



The apartment offers views of Mount Vesuvius, the church in Pompeii, and the Gulf of Naples in the distance, as well as a view of Boscoreale’s main street from Bedroom II.



PLEASE NOTE: Outdoor areas are monitored by security cameras for safety reasons.

Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal. We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian procedure for registering guests staying in Italy.

The operation of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Esummer: the average air temperature must not fall below 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Boscoreale is located within the Vesuvius National Park, and the volcano’s crater can be reached from the town. It benefits from its proximity to the Pompeii excavations (a UNESCO World Heritage Site), accessible via the nearby Circumvesuviana railway (just one stop on Line 4).
