Great location

It was close to Back Bay station and Boyleston Street. Pets are allowed in this building, bring earplugs. Cleaning crew forgot a few things, you may want to check the shower drain for hair before turning on the water (there may be hair plastered to the shower tiles, too). If you want to use the sleeper sofa, bring your own sheets. A fan may help to block construction noise nearby, too. When I called Bluebird number, the number on the key fob, there's no answer.

Great location, one or two buts...

An ultra convenient location and overall a nice appartment, but... The mattress really needed replacing - one of those where you roll into the middle. The kitchen was gloomy and lacking little things like salt & pepper (who brings that sort of thing with you?) but more significantly there were no chopping boards, and the knives were blunt (couldn’t cut carrot for instance), and the cooker hood was broken (no light or extractor). Then the oven itself packed up on day three. Difficult to get hold of anyone by phone but they were responsive to emails and it got fixed the next day.
