I liked that the hotel was accessible to the train station which was a ten minute walk. Communication with the staff members was excellent. Loved how comfortable it was to stay at a hotel with high security. Loved the view of the charles river from my room.

Very spacious and clean suite; and the maids were lovely. Pool was a little cool for my taste and the hot tub was a bit low on water so the jets sprayed water everywhere. Great view and great location, front desk staff could be a little friendlier; but overall, excellent place to stay.

Everything was clean and spacious. We had a comfortable and relaxing stay. It would have been great if their facility would include a sauna or steam room. The only thing I want to mention is the bathtub drain was not draining well. Water pressure was amazing. Overall this hotel is the best hotel to stay for its value in this area. We will stay there again.

We stay here at least once a year. It's in a perfect location to visit the campuses of Harvard and MIT. The rooms are always clean. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Love the pool and hot tub. We will continue to have this hotel on our yearly trip to the Boston/Cambridge itinerary.
