Bed was very comfortable, Desk clerk at check-in was polite and efficient. The night table top was unwashed, and i was unable to work the lights over the bed so I had to unplug them before I could sleep. Otherwise, the room was very neat and comfortable.

The room was clean but when we turned the heat on there was a smell The staff was very friendly and helpful and immediately moved us to a different room If you stay in a room on the east side you can hear the trains It was recently remodeled so new carpets, furnishings, etc

The hotel itself was lovely - cool decor, friendly staff, comfortable beds, nice rooms. But the area / neighborhood it is in is very industrial & the road it is on was very loud from the traffic day / night including emergency vehicles (probably bc it is a main thoroughfare). The prices of hotels in central boston were insanely priced the weekend I went (the weekend before Halloween) so it was the only reasonable option. Expensive for being in an industrial area … but I have to assume the price is MUCH less on a less popular weekend. Probably wouldn’t stay there again if I could find the same priced property in Boston.

Front desk staff were very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, albeit very small. It looked like they had offered breakfast in the past, but none was available when we stayed. The hotel is next to a poultry processing plant. The smell outside made me consider becoming vegetarian. Luckily, this didn’t permeate the hotel. It is close to Logan airport and offers parking for a fee, so that is convenient.

The room is kind of small and there was no microwave. We paid $20 a night for parking but there was no open spots either of the 2 nights we stayed so we paid to park in the pep boys lot basically. The staff was nice and room was clean though.

It was a great room, we just tried taking a shower in the morning and there was no hot water. Also no shampoo just conditioner, and the TV remote was nowhere to be seen. The room was also noisy and you heard everything outside. Other then that tho it was a good stay.

The staff were friendly and the lobby is cute, they gave a good first impression. Unfortunately the room was mid and not sound proof - the hallway and outdoor traffic noises were rather loud, half the lights in the room weren’t connected and no way to plug them in and turn them on, and the bathroom sink was dirty. The rest of the room felt pretty clean, including the beds, although they were very uncomfortable. Overall I felt pretty safe in the hotel and would stay again if I needed one or two nights in that particular area, I was more satisfied for what it was than my partner, but it was definitely mid.

Envision at this location was brand new and not all facilities were ready. I selected the location for restaurant onsite and workout facilities -- none were available. Although the front desk was kind it was very inconvenient. Plugs did not stay tightly in the wall for some reason and the shower was never actually “hot” -- I figure it will improve as they welcome more guests. My room was clean and pleasant with the exception of a few outlets. Need more outlets near the desk as well...

Hotel Room O.K., Location Not Great

We did not know that this location had recently opened after being used for another purpose for two years. When we arrived, we found that the outlet in the bathroom did not work. We asked twice that it be fixed and it was after the additional request. The room was nice and seemed updated. However, there was noise from the outside (loud music and vehicles) that were distracting once or twice. The wash clothes and hand towels were not the best quality and were scratchy feeling. However, the towels were nice. The ironing board seemed new but there was no cover for it so we had to use a towel on it. The staff was friendly. Overall, the hotel was o.k. But I don’t know that I’d stay there again for the cost.

Really don’t want to write this review, but after reaching out to Richard the GM and getting silence in return, here goes. Checked in close to midnight on 10/17 after 10 hrs of travel. Guy at front desk was very kind and checked us in. In our room things were ok until we went into the bathroom and saw yellow liquid all over the top of the closed toilet lid and the floor. We were pretty shocked, as it looked like someone peed all over the floor and the toilet. We thought there’s no way there’s this much bodily fluid in what should be a clean hotel room ready for guests. We looked at the ceiling to see if there was a leak and the ceiling was spotless. We called the man who had just checked us in and he came up immediately. He took photos and called Rey, (maybe an assistant manager?) she instructed him to move us to the only other room available. We moved into the new room (a room with 1 king, and we booked a room w 2 queens) so we asked for a rollaway. Initially we were told no, but once in the new room it was clear a rollaway would fit without issue, so we called and asked for a rollaway a second time. Next morning we check out and speak to Rey in person. We tell her we are the people who had the pee room and we would like to talk to someone about what happened. She didn’t apologize or seem surprised by what happened. She said Richard would be in touch to sort things out. We called on 10/21 and Richard was not available. It’s now 10/22 and still nothing. Do not recommend
