Welcome to the Garden Flat—a bright, cozy retreat on the garden level of a classic New England colonial. Thoughtfully designed, it’s a relaxing spot to unwind after work, travel, or exploring. You’ll have a well-equipped kitchenette, a comfortable living area, and everything you need to feel at home. You’re a 6-minute drive from three commuter rail stations for easy access to Boston, Providence, and more. Gillette Stadium is 15 minutes away, and local shops, cafés, and restaurants are close by.
This flat is a 900+ sq. ft. garden-level suite, newly renovated and designed for comfort. The space occupies the entire ground floor of our home and is accessed through a private entrance along the side of the house that leads to the backyard slider. Inside, you’ll find a bright, open layout with plenty of room to relax and unwind.
The suite includes a private bedroom with a queen-size bed and excellent storage, featuring two closets, a wardrobe, a dresser, and nightstands to make settling in easy—whether you’re staying for a weekend or a longer visit. The large main living area offers two additional sleeping options: a queen pullout sofa bed with a support board, gel memory-foam mattress, and topper, as well as a twin pullout sofa that works beautifully as a cozy reading nook or an extra sleep space.
The kitchenette is fully stocked and thoughtfully designed for easy meal prep. Although the suite does not include a built-in stove, it features a two-burner countertop cooktop and a large air fryer/oven/toaster combo that together provide plenty of cooking flexibility. You’ll also find cookware, dishes, utensils, storage containers, and a refrigerator stocked with complimentary water, seltzer, and other beverages. Snacks are available in the kitchen, and a coffee and wine/cocktail bar with Starbucks K-cups and fun extras adds a special touch.
The bathroom has a clean, modern feel with plenty of fresh towels and essentials. A washer and dryer are available for guest use, and a desk with bookshelves creates an ideal workspace for remote work or quiet reading. For entertainment and relaxation, you’ll have access to a smart TV, along with books, puzzles, and games.
The suite stays naturally cool in the summer thanks to its garden-level design, with additional fan units available for warmer days. In colder months, guests can enjoy individually controlled heating in both the bedroom and the main living area. Extra blankets and linens are also provided to ensure a comfortable stay.
Guests are welcome to enjoy the backyard patio, which includes seating, a table, a BBQ, and a hammock available during warmer months. It’s the perfect spot to unwind outdoors.
The home is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood, just a 6-minute drive to three commuter rail stations—making the trip into Boston only about 20 minutes by train. We’re also just 15 minutes from Gillette Stadium, making the suite a convenient and comfortable home base for Patriots games, concerts, major events, and the upcoming World Cup.
Everything in the space is brand new, thoughtfully chosen, and designed to help you feel relaxed, supported, and completely at home throughout your stay.
