The staff was very friendly and helpful. The homeless shelter directly across the street was not great, unfortunatley being located next to the sheler and Boston Med made it extremely noisy

Nice staff. Breakfast was pretty good for continental. Chocolate waffles were a nice addition. The whole thing for the parking garage is confusing with the ticket validation you have to revalidate Every morning of the stay or you’ll have to pay the $40 per day at the garage.
