Great Staff and Welcome

Great welcome when we arrived and this continued throughout the stay - breakfast was great and rooms clean and spacious and a very enjoyable stay... would happily rebook if in the area again.

Friendly staff! The GM Steven Altieri went above and beyond to help us with a problem. He was friendly and professional. Our room was clean. Beds were comfy. Located about a mile from the Best Mexican restaurant with the best margaritas!

We paid a lot of money for a broken elevator, doors from the parking lot that "didn't work" so everyone had to go all the way around the building to go in, and breakfast that the coffee had already run out by 8:30. The construction next door was a beautiful view in the morning, and the violent fight at the gas station right up the road was also fun.

We choose Hampton Inns for the convenience of the hot breakfast in the morning. There were staffing issues and no hot breakfast for our stay. We feel a partial refund or credit should have been offered. Disappointed.

When arrive oh my god the wifi was down so we had to wait several minutes to check in. Additionally the entrance way was soaked wet and I almost fell twice because of the conditions

Only a few cons. The bathroom was not great. The shower head had almost no pressure to it and the tub would creak a lot. The elevators sound like they need maintenance. They made a lot of concering noises when going up. Pros were the breakfast options were very nice and plentiful. Target super close by. Great middle point for getting to Foxborough and airport.

If you like fire alarms, this is the place to stay

Fire alarm went off three times in a 27 hour period (once at 3:30am) due to "system issues". Doesn't make for the most relaxing stay. Staff's response? Sorry, sh*t happens. Not our fault, nothing we can do about it - leave us alone.

Pool was opened. But at check in told that the city changed laws and because there is no lifeguard on duty the pool is closed. Wish we knew this ahead of time for the only reason we where staying at this hotel. Very very disappointed wasn’t even offered a discount. Not the hotel fault but make it known before booking because it may be a deciding factor in where one chooses to stay.

The bathroom door was held together with a c clamp, so it didn’t close all the way. The shower was disgustingly dirty, and it smelled like pot. We had gone to the Taylor swift concert and just wanted to go to bed by the time we made it to the hotel 12:30, we were woken up twice by people on both sides of us arriving - also probably from the concert. At breakfast in the morning - they were out of fruit, and orange juice.

Hampton updates needed

hotel location is good, however room interiors are outdated, shades not maintained, bed mattress and frame structure sagging, Pillows and bedding well worn and not typical of a Hampton Inn, especially on the east coast. Common area hall way and corridor carpets soiled and show obvious wear and tear. The hallway outside room had fragments of broken glass and small pieces of trash. When you get into room make sure to not take shoes off, carpet feels greasy. Interesting - pantry sells pot pies - but why only vegan? Dont worry bout answering - brought a turkey sub
