I checked in late I was tired and sore. Check in was quick and the gentleman was very nice. Got to my room and was pleasantly surprised to have a king size bed. My reservation was for a single queen. Thank you! I will return to stay next year for my spooky season adventures!

Great for a Quick Overnight Stay! Perfectly fine for a one-night stop! The hotel was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure. I especially appreciated the vinyl floors in a pet-friendly hotel. We could even see the fresh mop streaks! The surrounding area was a little sketchy, but key card access to the elevators was reassuring. The sign prohibiting shopping carts inside the hotel gave us a chuckle (and told us a little about the neighborhood!). Overall, a clean, comfortable, no-frills place to rest your head while passing through. Would stay again!

The positive- property and room were clean, the beds and pillows were comfortable, and an unexpected snack box was placed in the room. The negative- at check-in the male at the front desk was clearly irritated that he had to work. He was unpleasant and not helpful. At check-out the door keys were reactivated hours prior to check-out. We found this very inconvenient when lugging suitcases down to the car and returning to the room early in the morning. At check-out I asked the lady at the front desk why the cards were deactivated before checkout time and she said, "the cards are old and need new ones." The staff could use some Customer Service/ Customer Satisfaction training.

This is definitely a "meh" hotel. The room was relatively clean except for the floor. I hate when I step out of the shower and have to clean my feet again before getting dressed. The bed was only moderately comfortable. One elevator was out of service. And the "free coffee in the lobby" is not a thing. The machine had a "coming soon" sign on it and considering this is not a new hotel, and according to the front desk, perhaps the sign should read, "Not coming anytime soon." lol

The location is within walking distance to shopping plaza for food,groceries and essentials road traffic and sounds were at a minimal for it location within less than mile to highway entrance only thing was public transportation wasn't visible and local commuter station was closed due to construction.
