Newly renovated (pictures were not on the walls yet). Staff were great and the restaurant was awesome. Food was delicious and portions were large. No elevator, but the staff would bring your bags to your room. Definitely worth another visit.

Pros: Bed and pillows were very comfortable and there is a restaurant on site. Close to the airport. Cons: Check-in is in the restaurant at the hostess desk and luggage has to be brought through the restaurant and up the stairs to access rooms. Little to no parking because guests share space with valet for restaurant patrons. The surrounding area is very dark. Rooms are outdated and musty smelling with no deadbolt or peephole on the door. Overall stay was okay for a couple days but likely will not stay there again.

The hotel was pretty cool. The rooms were clean and modern. Not a complaint, but check in time doesn’t start to about 3pm and there’s no baggage service so you can’t come early to do a drop off. Which was no biggie for me when I stayed. I just think the next time I will fly in a little later lol.

It was a great stay, the place have a lot of comfort/style. It’s like 15 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from Boston city center yet it’s still quiet and right on the water in a beach town. The room was clean and comfy too.

Great boutique style hotel right across street from the bay. Charming inside with updated rooms. Only issue is no elevator, so if you are staying on 3rd floor with a lot of luggage, may be an issue. Rooms start on second floor, so stairs are required for stay. Loves the restaurant and perfect for our group as we came in late and didn’t have to leave for dinner. Food very good. Would stay there again.

Great place to stay. Nice restaurant and bar on the first floor. Rooms and the whole hotel was very clean. All of the staff was very helpful and so nice. It's very close to the airport, downtown Boston and not far for a drive up to Salem. I would definitely stay there again.

I like the Hotel. There were a few substantial caveats: (1) Free parking was looking for a spot in the street, (2) I booked an ocean front ocean view room. The hotel is NOT on the ocean. The view is blocked by houses and trees. (3) While it was clean and well maintained, there were holes in the ceiling - one about 3” diameter in the living room and one about 8” diameter in the closet’s ceiling. (4) The TV in the room was broken and there is no one to call at 11pm in the evening. (5) Coffee and keurig in the room. Sugar but no cream. I enjoyed the restaurant- quite a variety of seafood, other offerings and drinks. Good service and fair pricing.

When we showed up after having booked a room for the night through Expedia. The hotel and restaurant have good reviews. all I could find was an entrance into a dark shutdown restaurant, no one around, chairs stacked on tables. I walked upstairs and all around the building. I tried to call the number that was hand written on a piece of paper on the front door but the reception was so bad I couldn’t get the call to go through. After trying to find someone for about an hour we found a different spot to stay since my wife and child were exhausted from traveling. I imagine the place could be nice when the lobby/restaurant is open.
