The room heating was very bad - the room was always cold! there was a floor heating in the bathroom but NOT in the toilet?? Absolutely pathetic as the pamphlet says the family who owns the place personally supervise any renovations/building new hotels - they obviously have NO idea what the real comfort is - simply PATHETIC"

"I enjoyed a fantastic day at SANA Berlin Hotel. My room was comfortable and spacious, modern and clean. The staff were all superstars. They were very friendly and very accommodating to my requests. I cannot thank them enough. Finally, the hotel is perfectly located. Easy to reach by public transport, and within walking distance to High Street shops and restaurants I would not hesitate to stay here again."

"The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location of the hotel to the banhof was ideal. Rooms were up to date with features like USB ports, bluetooth, and cast/stream from your phone to TV. Breakfast was great, there was something for everyone and there is 24/7 snack or coffee service in the lobby. If you are like me and need a cup of coffee before you're dressed, I would recommend bringing your own travel size coffee maker or French press and coffee as it was truly the only thing in the room that I have come to expect but didn't have. "
