"We turned up at the hotel at about six o’clock in the evening. We had booked three days before and I had a confirmation number and everything. When we arrived at the hotel, it was closed. We rang the property on several occasions, but they didn’t pick up the phone. We tried all the doors and it was completely closed up. We contacted Expedia, but they had no idea the hotel was closed. "Incredible value and great location. We had a lovely room and the common areas are fabulous. The staff were kind and sent great directions which enabled us to park directly next to the hotel door. We only paid about 11 euros from late afternoon to 10 to park so definitely worth doing to make it so easy. Can highly recommend ."

"Patrice who welcomed us, was very friendly and nice. Between his poor English and our poor French, we were able to communicate. The accommodation was compact but had all that you needed. The description on Hotels.com, stated it had a coffee shop and restaurant. It definitely does not have either! But it does give you a small kitchen."
