"overall, our stay at holiday inn was pleasant. the staff were professional and courteous & some staff of the hotel were especially helpful and accommodating. our room was slightly warm as the air conditioning was initially set to 20°c, so we had to adjust it to 16°c regularly to maintain a comfortable temperature. the breakfast was satisfactory, although the selection was quite repetitive, which became a little tiring after a few days. overall, we had a decent stay and appreciated the helpful service provided by the staff."
