"I was very disappointed with our stay, especially considering the room cost about $350 per night. The pool was out of order, the hot tub was not working, and the toilet in our room had backed up with dirty water. The bathroom floor was wet and dirty, and no one was sent to clean it. I had to clean the floor myself so my children could use the bathroom. I also had to wait while the toilet was being repaired. The service and condition of the facilities were far below what I expected for the price."
