Crystal and Orlando's staff are attentive and helpful Without being overly friendly or familiar. The dining was WAY better than expected and if you get the chance to chat with Michele (he's an ex-cruise associate) you won't be able to stop laughing ...he's hilarious. Bravo to all the folks at the chateau ...well done!

This was a fantastic hotel, and drinking wine at one of the tables out by the vineyard was one of the best experiences we had on this vacation. They don't have a full restaurant, but they do sell wine and a cheese and meat plate, which is very nice (and served as our dinner one night). The small village where it is located, Aloxe-Corton, is very picturesque, but it does not have any restaurants or even a small store (there are other wine cellars, though, within a couple of hundred yards), so...

Newly renovated Hotel that has 5 stars room though decided to stay on a 3 star rating (with just 14 rooms they don't need a 24/7 front office staff, dedicated landline in every room, etc. etc. which are base requirements for a 4 Stars + rating...). Spacious, new, airconditioned, perfectly located, amazing breakfast, awesome staff, great bar prices... We will definitely go back when next in Burgundy The one caveat... The restaurant... A wonderful stay in the Burgandy region of France. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the service was beyond wonderful. Our breakfast was quite well apportioned with eggs, bacon, sausage, bread and cheese, sweet breads and excellent coffee.

A very nice hotel in a great and convenient spot on the wine route. We lived our spacious room. The staff was great, particularly Eva, who was so helpful. The spa is very nice, too. We will return.

The hotel stay was excellent. The staff was incredibly friendly and very helpful and always had a welcoming smile. The water in the mini fridge was also a pleasant surprise! We will recommend the property to friends.

No elevator, so he was nice enough to carry my suitcase up the steps for me.

The restaurant is excellent and try one of the wine tastings to experience the wines produced by the owners--who are very present to ensure the comfort of their guests. You can also tour the vineyards and the winery.

Everything about it was lovely and highly recommended! The heater was on which made the room hot. But we were able to turn it off and could sleep with windows open. Thank goodness it was cold outside. One cannot shift to AC mode.

The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The parking worked out, even though limited. The hotel was on the edge of the part of town near attractions. The staff spoke English and was helpful with all needs including restaurant suggestions (although a bit far), reservations, extra pillows, ice and an ice bucket and washcloths (which is rare). The only downside was that all reservations were booked the first night in the hotel restaurant and it was closed the second night. It would have been...
