"The apartment was great for the four of us it's just the exterior needs a lot of work there was mold and some parts that were cracking off. Other than that I would probably stay there again if there were four of us."

"Perfect location between the university and Pearl Street. The room was clean and comfortable and the front desk staff were friendly. Parked our car right in front of our room. Weather was very warm and the AC worked well, thankfully. No complaints!"
