We had a 2/2 property and it was so great. Very spacious, full kitchen that we didn't use but still great, the beds were very comfortable. We appreciate the space to spread out. This more like a 2 bedroom apartment. I do wish it was closer to shops/restaurants - the location wasn't my favorite but the room made up for it. The staff was super nice, breakfast was great, and I even used the laundry facilities which was very convenient. They also offered a well stocked "pantry" where I was able to purchase a bottle of wine and some other items.

I have held off on this review because I generally LOVE a Marriott Residence Inn and this one was just not what I am used to. The rooms are set up in separate buildings of 8 units each, with 4 being up steps, no elevator and my unit was in the back, along a main road. I did not enjoy walking to the back of the building and then up steps in the dark. I had to walk to the reception building for breakfast and it was very busy. There was not enough seating for everyone and I ended up carrying my food back to my room. The breakfast was not up to the standards of most Marriott Residence Inns. My actual room was nice, but the exterior of buildings are weathered and could use some TLC. The location to downtown Boulder was very convenient, just a few miles away and an hour from downtown Denver. In the future I'd read the details more closely.

We booked this property online and it was nice. They were accommodating, even though we came in very early and left early. The parking was easy and they did a really good job cleaning the snow. Our room was clean and neat. Would definitely stay here again.

I stayed 3 nights 4 days for business. My room was fresh and clean every evening when I got back from work. There was always new coffee pods in my room, plus creamer cups (not powdered) which is a bonus. Plus coffee and snacks were available in the lobby. Breakfast was very nice, better than most hotel breakfasts.

Fine stay

The hotel was fine but the power was out and they had no way to tell us if/when it was coming back on, and they offered no compensation for the inconvenience. I was also a little disappointed in the layout of our "2 bedroom" which was really a one bedroom and a loft. That left the person the couch out in the open with the two upstairs in the loft. The breakfast was good and actually offered some healthier options.

Really liked the design of our king room. It was well thought out, except for two things: heating system was very noisy and somewhat drafty. Shower faucet is at the wrong end of shower-one has to get into the shower to turn it on. Looks like new shower door was installed at one time, which could have been the reason. Otherwise a very nice place to stay.

Had the most pleasant experience checking in and the room was great. Staff took care of snow on walkways so it was safe to walk up stairs. Cats were welcomed and loved hiding behind the head of the bed. Room was warm and everything worked well. Loved watching Netflix on the tv.
