"Worst customer service. Shower did not work, key only worked for some outside doors, phone was broken, shower broken-water barely came out. The room was also dirty, outdated, furniture was peeling, and beds sagging in middle. When I called front desk (from my cell phone, since room phone was broken) I was offered 30 minutes late checkout for an additional $15. Horrible experience - worst hotel room I've ever had"
