"This was not a good experience. Advertised as having a pool, full-service spa, restaurant, coffee shop etc it had NONE of these. Worse, the 'queen bed' was a very small double, and the 'premium bedding' was threadbare hospital sheets and a nasty brown blanket (see photo) On arrival you are hit with a very hefty 'cleaning fee' that is non-negotiable, a large fee for sheets, more for towels, toilet paper etc - so you have pretty well doubled the nightly charge on arrival. "Exactly as advertised staying at Chateau Beausoliel was a great treat and wonderful experience. The property is magical and was a relaxing retreat from the chaos and excitement of a Rugby World Cup weekend in Nantes. We used Uber as other public transport is not very convenient but it worked fine."
