"Beautiful Property, Tough August Stay — Saved by Incredible Staff We stayed at La Valise Los Cabos in August — beautiful property, but not the right season or setup for it. Temperatures hit 37°C, and AC was only available at night (apparently due to solar panel capacity limits), leaving daytime genuinely hard to bear. The property also sits in rugged, undeveloped desert with nothing walkable nearby, so you're confined to a small space while dealing with intense heat. Food and drinks were...

"Todo increíble. Gracias a todo el equipo del hotel."

"Staff and resort were very accommodating and made us feel extra special for Carlitos 40th bday! Will be back soon"

"Easily accessible to the event that we attended. Ran out of water for bathing, etc. on one of the mornings of our stay which was replenished after a few hours,"

"Clean room, clean pool. Grateful for opportunity"

"Oxxo muy cerca"

"La atención de Armando en lobby fue excelente, siempre atento y dispuesto a ayudar. Sin embargo otra chica de recepción dio un servicio bastante deficiente. Afortunadamente Armando nos ayudó a resolver el problema y todo fluyó sin contratiempos"

"We loved this property! Beautiful setting right on the beach, great pool, very friendly staff, rooms weren’t fancy but very clean and internet was excellent. We also liked that it was walking distance to quite a few restaurants. Only stayed a couple of days this time but would come back for longer next time!"

"Todo excelente desde la recepción hasta el lugar muy bonito todo, la habitación algo pequeña pero se disfruta mucho dormir en esa cama !!"

The adult pool was cloudy the entire time and the swim up bar never opened during our entire 7 day stay. The staff really worked hard to make up for the affected amenities, but not having two restaurants, made the week a little boring with eating choices. A complimentary Altitude upgrade for our next trip would be adequate to make up for the unfortunate circumstances and our minds...

"Beautiful spot on the town square. Attentive staff. Comfortable room! Walking distance to gray shops and dining! Lovely restaurant and bar on premises!"
