I was unable to check in early- she saved me from having to go to the terminal at 4:00am so I was able to sleep in until 630! So grateful. Wish the bus driver would have told me to cross the street for Hyatt place…. Wouldn’t have ended up at the rental care area 2km later? Finally arrived at midnight at the hotel, and was treated like a queen! Thank your fabulous staff!"
