"I'm going to be fair, this motel is on what I would find out was a "bad side of town" in Phoenix. All this being said, and all things considered, the staff does what they can to keep it safe. The parking lot is gated so your car should be safe, and while the room has the kind of wear you'd expect in a motel in such a part of town, I've stayed in worse. Staff was friendly, and they had on site security. I give them a solid B minus. The air conditioner could probably use to be deep cleaned. "

It was so easy messaging him through the Vrbo app. Played sports (basketball)! They even had a light on the court so we could play at night! Pool was clean, as was the house, appliances, and bathrooms! 5 star stay for sure! "
