"Lovely pool with waterfalls, cold water though. Spa experience was very good! Highly recommended massage. Our room looked pretty dated. The dresser drawer literally wouldn't close. Don't bother paying for a poolside. We were down a hall with 0 view front or back. Talked to resort host, they offered 0. Bar/Restaurant nice. It was super busy, but still great service, especially by older gentleman bartender. "

"As many other reviews suggested, the property is pretty outdated and in need of a remodel. This extends to the "water park" as well. If it wasn't included in the cost of the hotel already, I would have been really disappointed if my children were above the age of 5. In a 3 night stay, we only went to the water park 2 times, once for less than an hour and the other for 2 hours. We ordered lunch the second time and I was very disappointed in the quality. My daughter got chicken strips that came with chips. Chips were so stale and gross, they were inedible. I ordered a $24 salad that came with 3 tiny pieces of avocado, about twice that in chicken and cucumbers and some seriously wrinkled up tomatoes. It didn't come with dressing and when I asked the ranch, I was brought a warm packet of ranch that felt like it had been sitting out in the sun. The waitress was kind and allowed me to remove it from my bill. All in all, there wasn't anything special about this property. For a Hilton, you'd definitely expect more. No room service, even though it mentioned it on the website, a former pool bar it looked like that is abandoned, a very small hotel pool with no nearly enough chairs or towels and employees who rarely service the area. The rooms appeared clean, albeit outdated. The AC worked well. It was quiet. The hotel is like a labrynth. It's got lots of corridors and some strange dead ends. I would definitely choose a different property if I visit the area again with children. "

"A mixed bag. The room was spacious, had a great balcony that was, unfortunately, unusable, the A/C worked well and was quiet, and the hotel location was excellent for our planned activities for the week. A couple of things that could have/should have been better: the closet/storage space available was inadequate. I don't recall ever staying in a hotel room that had less storage space. It was very hot for the month of March, so the only way we could reasonably make use of the balcony was for the ceiling fan to be operational, which it wasn't. We reported the problem but it wasn't fixed. Although we paid for parking via their resort fee, one day there were no spots available. We had to park off site and walk to the hotel. I found this unacceptable, particularly when most of the cars in the lot had no parking pass visible on their dash. They need to monitor this better. Finally, beware that unless you request it, you won't get daily maid service. We were not told this when we checked in and the maid only came by twice during the six days we were there. "

"The first night the hotel room flooded at 3 a.m., due to a broken pipe. We moved to another room. Our books were drenched. Some of our clothing was also drenched. One night would be refunded, but only if we claimed it from Hotels.com. The AC did not keep the main area cool. After reporting it the AC never got better. There were granola crumbs behind the bathroom door. There were also crumbs between the sheets of one bed! So, we slept on top of the beds, not under the sheets. There were no sink stoppers. Bathroom sink was crammed with either tissues or a lump of soap. The phone did not work. The light switches were beyond grimy. And the absolute worst was the 4-gang outlet next to the head of a bed, which was missing the outlet cover. And there were cords plugged in. What if these had gotten wet, or what if a child stuck their fingers in the outlet and got burned? Safety should be a primary concern. It was not. When leaving at 4:30 am, there was no one to check us out so after waiting 10 minutes, we left a note and went on our way. We are reasonable people, but this experience was beyond the pale. Wish we could add all photos here. We will have many more visits to Phoenix in the next 4 years. I can guarantee you that we won’t be staying at this facility. "

"The staff was great but my Expedia reservation somehow didn’t get thru to the Hotel. I had made the reservation in December as the price was reasonable. Upon trying to check in the hotel claimed it wasn’t in the system. The employee was trying his best to figure it out but the manager said it was my responsibility to contact Expedia myself. I ended up staying at their current price which was double the Dec pricing and the place is a dump. "

"Booked this spot for $204 thinking I’d get a decent night’s rest, a shower, and a general sense of “I’ll probably survive.” Technically… I got 2 out of 3. Arrival felt less like check-in and more like entering a VIP event where the dress code is “follow the car in front of you and hope for the best.” Gated? Yes. Secure? Let’s call it… optimistic. Bonus entertainment included distant gunshots, tire screeches, police lights like a disco ball and some very entrepreneurial night walkers making their rounds. Don’t make eye contact if you aren’t look for a short term roommate for the night. The room itself had personality. The mattress, for example, tried to fold me into it like a taco the moment I sat down. I’m not that heavy, but it clearly had ambitions. Sheets were bug-free (huge win), though they did feature a few artistic burn holes…abstract expressionism, cigarette edition. Cockroaches were very kind to stay outside, or at least not make an appearance inside so for that I am thankful. The bathroom? A visual experience. I considered showering but ultimately decided my shoes deserved better, and my dignity agreed. End result: I slept in my clothes, hood up, headphones on, door locked like Fort Knox, and one eye open like a paranoid raccoon. Woke up alive, car still there, and honestly… that’s a successful stay. Would I recommend it? Only if you enjoy a little adrenaline with your overnight accommodations. Not for the faint of heart, but definitely unforgettable. "

"It was my second (three-night-long) stay there already and both times over the years, all was great. Very easy parking off the street, cute patio, fresh, clean and modern interiors. Will be back!"
