We did not get the room we booked. The room was clean, but that’s as far as the positives went. The tv remotes did not work, no hair dryer, and the light switches didn’t work. This was akin to a Motel and not up to the standards I expect from Best Western.

Staff were super friendly, room was clean and comfortable. Nice view of Lake Mead from the balcony. The hotel was not a resort and glitzy like those in the strip, it was affordable, clean, and convenient. Hoover dam was just 4 minutes away and Las Vegas was only 20 minutes down the interstate. Would recommend to anyone and will be staying here next time I’m in the area.

Room was tastefully decorated. Comfortable and clean. Lots of restaurants in various price points were close by. We went to Veggie Village which was delicious. Only complaint was the breakfast or lack there of. Some fruit. Small bagels. A waffle maker. The yogurt was in a machine and it didn’t work well. Some pastries and oatmeal would have been appreciated.

I had some apprehensions as I approached the property late the first evening at check in. By the next day I couldn't have been more wrong. Everything (room, bed, sheets, bathroom/shower, lobby, pool) was very clean and in great condition. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. As mentioned prior, I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the bed & sheets as well as the pool. I would definitely recommend and would absolutely stay here again.
